No prior tax experience is required; training and support are provided from day one, and you’ll work directly with clients to gather information and prepare tax returns at a local H&R Block office.

The role offers an hourly wage with potential to increase as tax knowledge grows. Availability for evenings and weekends during tax season is a plus, and you’ll build strong client

Qualificações

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course 1.
• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills, including explaining information clearly and asking questions to understand needs.
• Problem-solving skills, including organizing information and identifying solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools and systems including AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma / GED/ equivalent

Responsabilidades

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates.
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations in a way clients can easily understand.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend relevant products and services.
• Apply problem-solving skills to analyze client information and address questions or unique situations with guidance and available resources.
• Build strong client relationships and support office priorities through teamwork, collaboration, and a client-first approach
