This in-person role at a local H&R Block tax office in Freeland, WA offers training and the chance to grow tax knowledge through hands-on experience during peak tax season.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course
• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service-oriented environment
• Strong communication skills, including explaining information clearly
• Problem-solving skills, including organizing information and identifying solutions
• Comfort using digital tools and systems incl. AI tools like Copilot and ChatGPT
• High school diploma / GED/ equivalent

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations in an understandable way
