Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; completion of H&R Block Income Tax Course is preferred.
• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service environment.

• Problem-solving skills to organize information and identify solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based assistants.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
