Qualifications

• Complete H&R Block Income Tax Course 1 or equivalent training.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment.
• Strong communication skills to explain information clearly and understand needs.
• Problem-solving skills to organize information and identify solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based systems like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities
