No prior tax experience required; you’ll earn an hourly rate with opportunities to grow as you gain knowledge. This in-person role supports busy seasons with flexible hours.

Competenze

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course or equivalent.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to explain information clearly.
• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma or GED (bachelor’s degree preferred).
