Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment.
• Clear communication and ability to ask questions to understand needs.
• Strong problem solving and information organization.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates.
