No prior tax experience is required; training is provided. You’ll earn a competitive hourly rate and have opportunities to increase earnings as you build tax knowledge and performance during tax season.

Qualifications

• Completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course.
• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service environment.
• Strong communication skills, including explaining information clearly.
• Problem-solving skills with ability to organize information.
• Comfort using AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
