Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of H&R Block Income Tax Course or Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
