Qualifications

• Minimum: high school diploma or GED.

• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Preferred: bachelor's in accounting/finance.
• Ability to work 15–35 hours per week, up to 40 during peak tax season.
• Evenings and weekends availability during tax season.

Responsibilities
