H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Tax Associate to work in person at a local tax office. You’ll meet with clients to gather information, prepare returns with training and support, and explain tax concepts clearly to help clients understand options.

The role offers an hourly rate with potential earnings growth as tax knowledge increases. No prior tax experience is required; training starts day one, and you’ll build valuable client relationships while contributing to the office’s priorities.

Formación

• Strong communication skills to explain information clearly and ask questions to understand needs.
• Problem solving to analyze client information and identify solutions.
• Experience interacting with customers or clients in service-oriented environments.
• Comfort using digital tools and systems including AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
