Prior tax experience is not required, and you’ll earn a competitive hourly rate with opportunities to increase earnings as you gain knowledge. You will meet with clients, explain tax details clearly, identify savings opportunities, and collaborate with teammates to support office priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills, including explaining information clearly and asking questions to understand needs.
• Problem-solving skills, including organizing information and identifying solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools and systems including AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates.
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations in a way clients can easily understand.
