Qualifications

Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course.
Experience interacting with customers in a service environment.
Strong communication and ability to explain tax concepts clearly.
Problem-solving and organizing information.
Comfort using AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities
