Qualifications

• Experience in a service-oriented environment and strong communication to explain tax information clearly.
• Enrollment in or completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course or Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred for some roles.

Responsibilities
