Qualifications

• Successful completion of the HR Block Tax Knowledge Assessment (TKAA).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping, including individual and business returns.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financial situations and tax implications.
• Provide tax savings opportunities and recommendations tied to HR Block products.
• Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive, client-focused office environment.
