H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Tax Advisor to prepare accurate tax returns for clients with diverse situations and build lasting relationships. You will conduct client interviews to understand finances and provide personalized recommendations, while identifying tax savings opportunities.

You'll work in a local tax office, with industry-leading training and technology, and participate in an incentive plan based on impact and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping, including preparing individual and business returns.
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative, or advisory role.
• Ability to explain tax concepts in client-friendly language.
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.
