H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Experienced Tax Professional to assist clients with complex tax situations, prepare accurate returns, and uncover tax savings opportunities. You'll work in-person at a local H&R Block office, backed by strong training and supportive teammates.

You will conduct client interviews, explain tax concepts clearly, and provide IRS support when needed. This role rewards accuracy, client service, and teamwork in a busy office environment.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Minimum 1 year of tax preparation or related experience.
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative or advisory role.
• Ability to explain tax concepts in client-friendly language.
• Must meet continuing education and IRS/state requirements.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financial situations and implications.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and promote H&R Block products.
• Provide IRS support and audit guidance as needed.
