Qualifications

• Must have tax preparation experience and be able to explain tax concepts clearly to clients.
• Requires ability to interview clients to understand financial situations and tax implications.
• In-person role at a local H&R Block tax office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Conduct client interviews to understand financial situations and tax implications.
• Provide personalized recommendations and identify tax savings opportunities.
• Offer IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
