You will interview clients to understand financials, explain tax implications, and offer personalized recommendations while building lasting relationships and driving client satisfaction. The role emphasizes tax expertise, proficiency with tax software, and the ability to identify savings opportunities, with training and incentive programs to reward impact

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in tax prep, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping, including individual and business returns.
• Strong client-facing, consultative or advisory experience.
• Ability to explain tax concepts in client-friendly language.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for diverse and complex situations.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financials and implications.
• Provide personalized recommendations and identify tax savings opportunities and related Block products.
• Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive, client-focused office environment.
