Qualifications

• Successful completion of HR Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in tax prep or accounting, incl. individual and business returns.
• Experience in a client-facing, advisory role and ability to explain tax concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse situations.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand finances and tax implications.
• Provide personalized recommendations and identify tax savings opportunities.
• Offer IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
