Job summary

Reilly, Penner & Benton, Wisconsin’s oldest registered CPA firm, seeks a Seasonal Tax Administrative Assistant to support our tax team in Hartland and Milwaukee offices from January through April 15. This role will work approximately 40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule between 8:00am and 6:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities include organizing client documents, assembling completed tax returns, scanning documents with firm software, and providing general administrative support

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in office administration.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential client information with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Scan and organize tax documents using firm software.
• Provide general administrative support to the tax team during tax season.
