You will handle 1040 forms, provide consultations on deductions and credits, collect documents, enter data into tax software, and communicate with clients to answer questions.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience in tax return preparation preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare 1040 forms for individual income tax returns and file electronically or by mail.
• Identify deductions, credits, and exemptions; perform tax research and ensure compliance.
• Collect and organize tax documents, enter data into tax software, and maintain records.
• Communicate with clients to answer questions and provide guidance on tax matters.
