Job summary

Safelite Group is seeking a Seasonal Talent Partner to support high-volume hiring during peak periods. This remote role sources, screens, conducts video interviews, and manages offers and pre-employment tasks for a variety of roles.

You'll partner with hiring leaders, maintain candidate records in Workday, ensure policy compliance, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the process. The assignment runs from November through May, with dates subject to change; EST hours are expected to align

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, Workday preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Source and attract qualified candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and talent databases.
  • Review applications and screen candidates to assess qualifications and fit for open positions.
  • Conduct virtual/video interviews.
  • Process candidate offers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Oversee all aspects of the pre-employment process, including background checks and onboarding coordination.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in Workday and other systems.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
  • Follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion of hiring steps.
  • Ensure compliance with recruiting policies, standard operating procedures, and applicable employment laws.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

The Seasonal Talent Partner will support high-volume hiring initiatives across during peak hiring periods. This role will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, conducting video interviews, partnering with hiring leaders to make hiring recommendations, and managing candidates through the offer and pre-employment process.

Work Requirements Remote

Expected to work Eastern Standard Time hours, as well as flex to meet the needs of the business.
