Job summary

Safelite Autoglass is seeking a Seasonal Talent Partner to support high-volume hiring during peak periods. The role involves sourcing candidates, screening applicants, and coordinating offers and background checks.

You will partner with hiring leaders to make recommendations, conduct video interviews, and ensure a smooth onboarding process while maintaining accurate records in Workday and other systems. This remote position follows EST hours with business needs in mind.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, Workday preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Source and attract qualified candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and talent databases
  • Review applications and screen candidates to assess qualifications and fit for open positions
  • Conduct virtual/video interviews
  • Process candidate offers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Oversee all aspects of the pre-employment process, including background checks and onboarding coordination
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in Workday and other systems
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process
  • Follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion of hiring steps
  • Ensure compliance with recruiting policies, standard operating procedures, and applicable employment laws
  • Perform other duties as assigned
