Job summary

OnTrac in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Seasonal Talent Acquisition Support II to assist recruiting and onboarding at our local facility. The role requires empathy, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate recruitment events, manage background checks and documentation, and ensure adherence to company policies. This temporary position runs 10/01/2026–12/31/2026 with a pay range of $21–$31 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1–2 years of recruiting and/or onboarding experience preferred.
• 1 year of Human Resources experience required.
• 1–2 years of clerical experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate recruitment events, job fairs, and new hire orientations in partnership with recruiters and operations teams.
• Manage onboarding processes including background checks, I-9 compliance, adverse action notifications, and completion of documentation.
• Ensure HR records and onboarding practices meet compliance standards (DOL, OFCCP, EEOC).
• Act as liaison between department heads and recruiters to anticipate staffing needs and support hiring initiatives.
• Assist with HR tasks such as processing new hires, terminations, badge creation, and special projects including referral and sign-on bonuses.
