Carter’s Inc. is seeking a Seasonal HR Recruiter to support the Talent Acquisition team at the Braselton Distribution Center. This temporary role covers recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, offers, and orientation, with emphasis on compliance and records management.

Ideal candidates have strong organization, communication, and customer-focused skills, plus experience in distribution or retail HR support. Multilingual abilities, especially Spanish, are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; related HR experience preferred.
• 2+ years in recruiting support roles preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review applications and resumes in Workday and other sources; disposition applicants timely.
• Screen candidates via Workday, phone, or in-person interviews.
• Schedule and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Assist with offers, orientation, and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate background and drug screenings; ensure compliance and documentation.
• Support hiring events and recruitment outreach; maintain candidate engagement.
