The Seasonal HR Recruiter plays a pivotal role in supporting the Talent Acquisition team, particularly during peak hiring seasons for the Braselton Distribution Center. This temporary position involves various recruitment responsibilities, including reviewing applications, screening candidates, conducting interviews, extending offers, and facilitating orientation. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
Temporary assignment of 5-6 months, potentially longer based on business needs. Must be available to work in a multi-channel, multi-shift distribution environment with flexibility in working different shifts and extended hours. Ability to work for extended periods, including daily overtime, holidays, and as required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively. Requires intermittent periods of physical exertion, such as walking, standing, and lifting heavy or awkward materials.
