Qualifications

• High School diploma; related HR experience preferred.
• Prior recruiting support experience in retail, distribution, or call centers is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Review applications and resumes daily in Workday; dispositioning efficiently.
• Screen candidates via Workday, phone, video, or in-person interviews.
• Schedule and conduct initial interviews to assess fit and qualifications.
• Assist with hiring events, outreach, and candidate communications.
• Generate and send offer letters; coordinate background checks.
• Coordinate pre-employment assessments and reference checks.
• Onboard new hires; conduct orientation sessions.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain confidential records.
