Anaheim Family YMCA is seeking a Swim Assistant Supervisor to help supervise pool operations and support lifeguards, instructors, and staff at our Anaheim location.

Responsibilities include overseeing swim lessons, managing member communications, and ensuring safety according to YMCA standards. This is a part-time, seasonal role with varying hours in the summer and a wage of $19 per hour.

Qualifications

• Customer service or member communication experience preferred.
• Must be able to enforce pool site rules and YMCA policies.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to monitor pool area.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervision of operations at YMCA pool locations.
• Instruct swim students, instructors, and lifeguards as needed.
