A leading swim instruction organization is looking for Seasonal Swim Instructors in Eureka, California. In this part-time role, you will teach swim lessons to children, create a fun environment, and follow proven teaching methods. Responsibilities

• Teach small group lessons for all ages and abilities (mostly infants and young children)
• Follow our proven teaching methods
• Create a fun, positive atmosphere to encourage learning
• Make connections with swimmers and their families

Qualifications

• Teachers, coaches, babysitters, nannies or anyone who loves working with children
• Enthusiastic, outgoing, and assertive personality
• Reliable, consistent, and dependable
• Able to swim all 4 strokes (competitive swim background a plus, but not required)
• Lifeguard/First Aid/CPR or willing to become certified

Compensation: $17.00 per hour

Our instructors should like working with this age group and be good at making parents feel comfortable. It's helpful if you have experience with children or in a child-focused job, but it's not required if you can show the right attitude. The job comes with specialized training in our advanced and unique British Swim School approach.
