Job summary

Manhattanville University seeks a Seasonal Summer Painter to join the Facilities team. Based on campus, you will paint interior surfaces in Residence Halls and other buildings and assist with exterior work when needed. This role supports trades staff and helps with moves or setup tasks as required.

The position runs May through August/September, averaging 40 hours per week, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with a starting pay of $17 per hour. Housing is not provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid NYS Driver's License.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

• Should be organized and able to handle multiple tasks.

• Must be able to work from 8:00AM to 4:00PM, Monday through Friday.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift 80 pounds.
• Prolonged periods of physical labor.

Salary

$17.00 per hour.

Hours Expectation
