Lilly Pulitzer is seeking a part-time Seasonal Sales Associate for our Dallas store. You will assist clients, support daily store operations, and help maintain visual standards while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires the ability to stand, multi-task, and lift up to 20 pounds. Prior retail experience and strong communication help you excel in fast-paced environments and contribute to the Lilly Pulitzer experience.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or client service experience in fashion or retail.
• Able to stand for shift and move around the store.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Able to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Knowledge of XStore and Tulip is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Understand the Lilly Pulitzer brand, lifestyle, and heritage.
• Demonstrate selling culture and ensure excellent client experience.
• Drive sales using product knowledge, trends, and personalized outreach.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Support visual and operational standards per Brand and Retail Ops teams.
• Provide feedback to store management on selling opportunities.
