Job summary

Lilly Pulitzer is seeking a Seasonal Brand Strategy Sales Associate to support client experience and drive sales at our Palm Beach-inspired Lilly Pulitzer Retail Location. The role emphasizes understanding the brand concept, culture, and heritage while delivering exceptional service.

You will contribute to maintaining visual standards, engage with clients, and collaborate with store management to identify selling opportunities.

Qualifications

Prior retail or client service experience in the fashion or retail industry preferred.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip a plus.
Ability to be on your feet and maneuver around the store during shift hours.

Responsibilities

Assist clientele and support the operational and sales needs of the business.
Demonstrate Lilly Pulitzer selling culture and ensure client experience.
Drive sales by providing exceptional service with product knowledge, market trends, outreach, and active listening.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
Help maintain visual and operational standards as set by Visual and Retail Operations teams.
Provide feedback to store management on selling opportunities and successes.
