Job summary

H&M is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service, guide customers through the store, and actively sell our fashion products. You will use fashion knowledge to provide relevant information and support store operations to maintain a clean, inviting space.

You’ll engage customers, promote the Hello Member app, and work with the team to reach sales targets while upholding H&M standards and sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service in retail or similar environment.
• Ability to learn product trends and translate them into recommendations.
• Strong communication and teamwork to support store goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store.
• Promote products and the Hello Member loyalty program where applicable.
• Keep fashion knowledge up-to-date and share trends with customers.
• Support store operations, merchandising, and visual presentation to drive sales.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and general housekeeping as needed.
