H&M is seeking a Sales Advisor to welcome customers, guide them through the store and actively sell our products. You will use fashion knowledge to provide information and support on garment care and presentation, contributing to a clean and inviting sales floor and back of house.

You'll engage customers, promote our loyalty app and sustainability initiatives, and work with store teams to reach sales targets while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Qualifications

• As a Sales Advisor, you will be passionate about fashion and everything we create in-store.
• Motivated by giving customers a great experience.
• You should be communicative, creative and curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, and action-oriented.
• You should enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
• You have sales experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment that you can apply to your role.
• Experience in customer service in fashion, retail or other service-related industries.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers through the store and omni experience where available.
• Engage with customers to deliver outstanding service.
• Guide customers through fashion trends, stories and products in all areas of the store.
• Promote and sell products to customers.
• Promote the Customer Loyalty App and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Represent the H&M brand positively in customer interactions.
• Support with actions to reach sales targets with store management.
