Job summary

You will promote the Hello Member loyalty app and sustainability initiatives while representing the H&M brand positively in every interaction and helping achieve store sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a retail environment.
• Ability to engage customers, promote products and loyalty initiatives.
• Strong presentation, garment knowledge and fashion awareness.
