Responsibilities include assisting customers, providing product insights, maintaining store standards, and supporting omnichannel engagement. Availability for varied hours, including nights and holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• Fluency in local language.
• Preferred 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer facing role.
• Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
• Good customers focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to monitor and understand local market trends and needs.
• Flexibility to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to travel for specific missions or support.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in expressing their personality through dream looks to support store objectives and customer satisfaction.
• Engage in sales by providing product insights and upselling/cross-selling.
• Cultivate lasting customer relationships with omnichannel engagement.
• Maintain store presentation and visual standards in line with the brand image.
• Assist with opening/closing, inventory, and compliance with health & safety standards.
• Use IT and digital tools to enhance engagement and efficiency.
