Golden Goose in New Orleans is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate (Style Maker) to welcome clients and craft a personalized Golden total look. You will explain heritage and values, deliver exceptional service, and build lasting relationships with customers in-store.

The role supports store objectives, engages in product insights, and enhances the customer experience through a Golden narrative and proactive engagement. Strong communication and flexibility are essential.

Formación

• Fluency in local language; additional language knowledge is a plus.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
• Willingness to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to evolving business needs and local market trends.
• Willingness to travel for specific missions or support.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers in expressing their personality through their dream looks, contributing to store success.
• Provide product insights, upsell and cross-sell items during the sales process.
• Cultivate relationships with clients using omnichannel tools and personalized offers.
• Contribute to store presentation and ensure adherence to brand image and standards.
• Assist with opening/closing, inventory, and health & safety procedures.
• Utilize IT and digital tools to enhance engagement and efficiency.
