Based at the Las Vegas Strip store, you will drive client satisfaction, participate in omnichannel interactions, and support store presentation in line with the brand image. Flexibility for varied hours is required.

Qualifications

• Fluency in local language required; additional languages a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing role.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and selling techniques.
• Strong customer focus with presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to monitor trends and understand the local market online and offline.
• Flexible to adapt to evolving business needs; available for varied hours, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Team player willing to travel for specific missions.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in expressing their personality through their ideal dream looks and drive store objectives.
• Provide product insights, upsell and cross-sell items.
• Cultivate customer relationships using omnichannel tools and digital updates.
• Contribute to store presentation and maintain brand standards.
• Assist with opening/closing, inventory, and health & safety compliance.
• Utilize IT and digital tools to enhance engagement with customers.
