Job summary

Deckers Brands’ UGG stores in Concord, NC are seeking a dedicated Sales Associate to deliver the best customer experience and promote the brand’s sustainability initiatives. You will help customers with product recommendations and familiarize them with our values and commitments.

You will work as part of a dynamic team, handle transactions, maintain inventory, and uphold store standards and dress code while delivering friendly, professional service to in-store customers and callers.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to customers.
• Greet customers promptly and assist with inquiries and recommendations.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Check inventory daily, stock products, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized back-stock area and assist with safety procedures.
