Job summary

Deckers Brands' UGG division seeks a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional shopping experiences and drive brand loyalty. You will greet customers, offer recommendations, and share our sustainability initiatives and product knowledge throughout the store.

You will handle cash, maintain stock, and ensure visual merchandising standards while collaborating with team members to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences and listen to customer needs to offer recommendations and product knowledge.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Monitor inventory, stock products, and merchandise according to Visual Merchandising standards.
• Communicate our return policy and promote the brand image in interactions with customers and team members.
