Job summary

Old Navy is hiring a Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers. You’ll deliver excellent service, educate shoppers about products, and engage with our omni-channel tools to create a seamless shopping experience.

Work with a supportive leadership team, assist on the sales floor, fitting room, and cash wrap, and help maintain an organized store. The role rewards teamwork, communication, and a passion for fast-paced retail.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Not require current or future employment visa sponsorship to work in the United States.
• Be willing to learn and use technology tools used in day-to-day operations.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Consistently treat customers and employees with respect.
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about loyalty programs.
• Engage customers to drive sales using suggestive selling.
• Enhance customer experience using omnichannel offerings.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back-of-house as required.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
