Job summary

ALO is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support store goals during peak periods by delivering exceptional guest experiences and bringing the ALO Brand Mission to life. Qualifications

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Requires constant movement in and around store areas.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long shifts.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues with store leadership to improve processes.
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, and replenishment operations.
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, inventory control, and facilities to optimize operations.
• Promote a safe work environment with stockroom standards.
• Move dynamically on the floor to meet business needs.
• Assist in company directives with Operations & Visual Management teams.
• Assist in shipment processing and product flow, including merchandising and replenishment.
• Use metrics to support business-driving strategies and customer service.
