The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Store Support Teammate for the Katy Mills location. This on-site, part-time role supports daily store operations and helps create a welcoming shopping experience for guests.

You will greet guests, process transactions at the POS, assist with merchandising, and uphold Buckle’s policies and code of ethics. A flexible schedule including weekends and holiday periods is typical. No prior experience is required; training is provided.

Competenze

• No prior experience or training required.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and handle merchandise.
• Understand and apply store policies and guest service standards.

Mansioni

• Greet guests and answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
• Complete guest transactions using POS and bag purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and policies.
• Monitor security to prevent theft and handle situations as needed.
• Assist with merchandising tasks like displays and pricing changes.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable.
• Follow Buckle’s Code of Ethics and company policies.
• Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
