Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Ashland, KY is hiring a Store Support Teammate to help create a welcoming shopping environment for guests and support store operations. You will greet guests, operate POS, and stay informed about current promotions while maintaining a neat, secure store layout.

Responsibilities include assisting the Operations Manager with merchandising, pricing updates, and transfers. A flexible schedule, strong guest service, and teamwork are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Customer service-focused role in a retail environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to complete guest transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Monitor security risks and thefts and respond appropriately.
• Assist with merchandising tasks such as displays, fixtures, pricing updates, and transfers.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable in line with Buckle’s standards.
• Adhere to Buckle’s Code of Ethics and all policies; contribute to a positive team environment.
• Handle special projects and other duties as assigned.
