Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Louisville, KY is seeking a Store Support Teammate to assist guests, process transactions at the POS, and support store operations.

You will help maintain displays, follow policies, and uphold the company’s mission of delivering an enjoyable shopping experience. Responsibilities include greeting guests, completing transactions, staying informed about promotions, monitoring security, and assisting with merchandising tasks.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.
• Flexible schedule availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about the store and merchandise.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to complete guest transactions and bag purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Monitor security risks and prevent or handle thefts as needed.
• Assist Operations Manager and Visual Merchandiser with merchandising tasks and displays (up to ten feet high).
• Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable while upholding Buckle’s mission statement.
• Follow Buckle’s Code of Ethics and all policies and handbooks.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and support special projects as assigned.
