The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Store Support Teammate for our Florida Mall location in Orlando. This part-time position supports daily store operations, from greeting guests to processing transactions and maintaining product displays.

Ideal candidates will be comfortable with a flexible schedule that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods, and will uphold Buckle's policies and ethics in all guest interactions.

Formación

• No prior experience or training required.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
• Greet guests and assist with store information and purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and store policies.

Responsabilidades

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Complete Guest transactions by operating the POS software and bagging purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Monitor and recognize security risks and thefts; know how to handle these situations.
• Assist in merchandising tasks like preparing displays and organizing fixtures.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable.
• Follow Buckle’s Code of Ethics and store procedures.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and support other duties as assigned.
