Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Ocala, FL is seeking a Store Support Teammate (Part-Time) to help provide an exceptional guest experience and support store operations.

You will greet guests, process transactions at the POS, and assist with merchandising and display setup while maintaining Buckle’s policies and ethics. Your role supports the Store Manager and Operations Manager, requiring a friendly attitude, the ability to work varied shifts including holidays, and a commitment to keeping the store clean

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including holidays.
• Basic POS knowledge and customer service skills desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to complete transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, payment and exchange policies, and security practices.
• Monitor security and prevent or handle shoplifting as needed.
• Assist with merchandising tasks and displays under supervision of Operations Manager/Visual Merchandiser.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable in line with Buckle’s standards.
