Job summary

Buckle in Orlando is seeking a Part-Time Store Support Teammate to help create a welcoming shopping experience.

You will greet Guests, process transactions at POS, maintain shop cleanliness, and support store operations and merchandising under the Store Manager. The role requires flexibility to work mornings/evenings/weekends, including holiday periods, and adherence to Buckle's policies.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods as needed.
• Process Guest transactions using POS software and bag purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies, exchanges, and security practices.
• Monitor security risks and handle situations to prevent theft.
• Assist in merchandising tasks and displays, transfers, and price markdowns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, shoppable store and uphold Buckle’s Code of Ethics.
• Perform duties with high Guest service and contribute to a positive team spirit.
• Undertake special projects as assigned.
