Qualifications

• Seasonal Operations Associate will create an outstanding customer experience by performing store operations.
• Early morning shift prior to store opening with defined employment period.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service while navigating the store and assisting customers.
• Executes pricing and signing across merchandise quickly and accurately.
• Replenish and restock merchandise to meet customer demand with proper stock levels.
• Receive and unload merchandise and prepare it in the backroom.
• Maintain backroom standards: safe, clean, and organized storage area.
• Support online pickup orders from jcp.com and fulfill customer requests.
• Implement merchandising strategy as directed by leadership to enhance store presentation.
• Participate in a learning environment, absorbing new information from peers and training materials.
