Qualifications

• Seasonal hire with defined employment period; extension possible depending on performance and store needs.
• Early morning shift before store opens; operate with the task team to prepare for the day.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to assist customers quickly and professionally.
• Experience with receiving/unloading merchandise and restocking the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assistance to shoppers.
• Execute pricing changes and update signage across the store.
• Replenish and restock merchandise to meet customer demand.
• Receive and unload shipments and organize backroom stock.
• Maintain backroom standards: clean, safe, and organized stock areas.
• Assist with online order pickup and fulfillment from jcp.com.
• Support merchandising plans and ensure store layout aligns with leadership guidance.
• Engage in ongoing learning from peers and training materials.
